The mission of OHSU Health Management Services (HMS) is to identify and disseminate best practice in health promotion. We provide custom-tailored programs that are designed to reduce health risks, manage chronic disease and increase productivity. Our services identify and stratify members based on risk for developing severe and costly complications by providing individualized assessment and coaching for better self-management.
Through a thorough needs assessment and the implementation of cost-effective health interventions, our clients have successfully improved the health and productivity of their employees.
